Now, I do not completely trust the SRD on all matters, and being a stupid college student who for some reason decided to study Law, time to check the rulebooks accurately is at a premium. One of my players, based on pfsrd, thinks that EVEN if a surprise round did not occur, and EVEN if everyone is aware of each other succeeded in their perception checks and what not, you are STILL flat footed, until your initiative turn comes up. Not the "angry" mad, the "I'a I'a chtulhu ftagh'n" mad.
